The firm
A civil law practice in the centre of Rome
My office is in Palazzo Besso, in Largo di Torre Argentina. I advise and litigate in civil matters; I am admitted to the Rome Bar and entitled to appear before the Italian Court of Cassation. Every matter is handled personally, from the examination of the documents to the conclusion of the case.

Formal demands, orders for payment, oppositions, attachment and enforcement, with a prior assessment of costs and prospects of recovery.

Notices of assessment and demands for payment, appeals before the tax courts, oppositions to administrative charges and liens.
Contract advice
Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts for individuals and businesses, including dealings with consumers.

Before accepting instructions I set out what can reasonably be achieved, within what time and at what cost, including the cases in which it is better not to act.
Principal fields
I work continuously in tenancy, condominium and debt recovery matters, before the Court of Rome and the higher courts.

Information received is handled in accordance with professional secrecy and with data protection law.
Method
Four steps, always the same
- Examination. I read the documents and devote a meeting to establishing the facts.
- Approach. I identify the courses of action available and indicate the one proportionate to the result sought, without ruling out an out-of-court settlement.
- Instructions. The fee is agreed in writing before any work begins.
- Conduct of the matter. I keep the client informed of developments and of the choices to be made for as long as the retainer lasts.
